About
Roxanna Ahlbach
Roxanna Ahlbach grew up in the serene suburb of San Carlos, CA, on the Peninsula in the Bay Area. With a father immersed in the tech industry and a mother working in banking, Roxanna experienced the dynamic environment that many now associate with Silicon Valley. She and her younger sister, who is six years her junior, attended local public schools. Roxanna enjoyed a typical suburban childhood, playing softball in the San Carlos Youth Softball Association, and spending weekends with friends at Hillsdale Mall, downtown San Carlos, or taking the train into San Francisco. Her early interests in music, live performances, reading, photography, and art were nurtured during these formative years.
Roxanna attended Carlmont High School before pursuing a BA in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco. Her professional journey began in international business development and integrated marketing, where she contributed to well-known brands such as Sephora, Benefit Cosmetics, Bare Minerals, Perricone MD, and Pottery Barn Kids. Today, Roxanna thrives as a Realtor, leveraging her extensive business acumen and marketing expertise to help clients navigate the real estate market.
Beyond her professional life, Roxanna enjoys a variety of hobbies, including playing and watching tennis, swimming, traveling, and visiting museums. She is an avid reader who loves spending time in bookstores and cafes, trying new restaurants, and attending the SF Ballet and Symphony. Family time and discovering new spots in Berkeley with her dog are also close to her heart.
Roxanna is dedicated to philanthropy, serving as a Trustee on the board of Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley, a French-American school. She has also been the board president of a non-profit preschool in Oakland and regularly donates to charities, including the Red Oak Opportunity Fund (ROOF), which supports local East Bay charities. Her commitment to community and family underscores every aspect of her life and career.
